N.O.A. Café sits on the waterfront near the port, close enough to the marina that you can watch the boats come in while you have your coffee. The pace here is unhurried — a good choice for a slow breakfast or a mid-afternoon break rather than a quick espresso and out.
It works equally well earlier in the day for coffee and brunch, or later for a relaxed drink as the light starts to change over the water.
