Market — Thursdays
Every Thursday, local producers set up around the city with fruit, vegetables, cheese, and honey brought in directly rather than through a middleman. It's a smaller, more focused market than the Saturday one — worth the early start if you want first pick of what's in season.
This is also the easiest place to find genuinely local Thracian honey and produce without hunting through several shops.
